You’re a hip, in-the-know guy who’s up on the latest new technology. So you know all about Podcasting, right? Wait…you don’t? Get with the times, bro!
Podcasting or “audio blogging” is the newest way for you to receive the latest audio files right to your Philips MP3 player, iPod or other device. Podcasting is basically a way of publishing audio files (usually in .MP3 format) to the Internet, allowing users to subscribe to a feed and automatically receive any new audio files as they are made available.
Confused? Well, don’t be. Here’s a link describing everything you need to know about Podcasting and what you’ll need to get started.
Just know this: ussoccer.com has jumped into the latest craze head-first and beginning this week is offering exclusive audio content – including detailed interviews and other features – covering their favorite U.S. National Teams.
U.S. Soccer's debut podcast is now available for download and features an exclusive interview with Earnie Stewart discussing his recent retirement from professional soccer after 17 years. The seven-minute interview is available only for U.S. Soccer's podcast subscribers. In addition to the Stewart interview, U.S. Soccer will be adding Podcasting content all week for fans to download and listen "on the go" or "at their computers."
Be in the know. Impress your friends. Podcast away.
