w/ U-17 MNT Head Coach John Hackworth

U-17 MNT Head Coach John Hackworth discusses the international tournaments the U-17 '90s will be participating in over the next two months and bringing in a new class into Residency.

The U.S. Under-17 Men's National Team is hitting the busy time during their non-World Cup year. Along with traveling to tournaments across the world, head coach John Hackworth and his staff are also determining which players they will invite into U.S. Soccer's U-17 Residency Program for the fall semester, which kicks off on Aug. 21. It's been a long process as the U-17 staff has looked at 78 players since the beginning of the year to help them determine which kids they'll bring down to the full-time program in Bradenton, Fla.

In this latest YNT Update, we got a hold of Hackworth while the team was in training in Athens, Ga., this week to find out which international tournaments the U-17 '90s will be participating in over the next two months and about bringing in a new class into Residency. [Listen | Subscribe]
