The USA will return to Bradenton, Fla. on Monday, Oct. 11 to continue their final preparations for the 1999 FIFA U-17 World Championship to be hosted by New Zealand, November 10-27. The Born in USA Tournament that was to feature the USA, Ghana, Mexico, Jamaica and Uruguay was canceled today after Jamaica and Mexico withdrew due to conflicting differences with local promoters. The U.S. will now play two-time U-17 world champion Ghana on Oct. 15 in Macon, GA and again Oct. 17 in Atlanta, GA.
