The U.S. Under-18 Men’s National Team kicked off the 2006 Lisbon International Tournament with a 2-2 draw against Sweden in Lisbon, Portugal. Goals from Josmer Altidore and Jonathan Villanueva put the U.S. ahead two times, but the U-18 Men were unable to keep the lead.
