U.S. Under-20 Women Fall to Russia Women's National Team, 2-0, at Cyprus Tournament

LARNACA, Cyprus (March 7, 2008) -- The U.S. Under-20 Women’s National Team lost 2-0 to the full Russia Women’s National Team at the Cyprus Women’s Cup 2008 in its “non-tournament” match, and will face the Netherlands on March 10 for a spot in the championship. The USA, which must win its three-team group to make the title game, won its first group match over Scotland on March 5 by a 2-1 score.
