Two American Officials Named to U-20 Qualifiers

Two American referees have been appointed to officiate at the CONCACAF Under-20 Qualifying Tournament in British Colombia, Canada, from Feb. 28-March 4, 2001. Ricardo Valenzuela, a FIFA Referee from Richmond, Calif., and Greg Barkey, a FIFA Assistant Refe
