U.S. Women to Face Mexico at the Cotton Bowl on Nov. 2

CHICAGO (Thursday, October 2, 2003) — U.S. Soccer announced today that the U.S. Women's National Team will take on the Mexican Women's National Team in a match at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas on Sunday, Nov. 2 at 3 p.m. CT. The game comes just three weeks after the final of the FIFA Women's World Cup USA 2003, and is being promoted by the Dallas Burn of Major League Soccer and North Texas State Soccer Association. The U.S. will face the Italian Women's National Team in the first game of the series at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City on Oct. 22.
