CHICAGO (Wednesday, January 22, 2003) - Playing its first international match - and in its first tournament - of 2003, the U.S. Under-23 Men's National Team edged Russia 4-1 in penalty kicks to advance to the final of the Vale do Tejo International Tournament in Portugal.
