As part of the continuing effort to provide a consistent message throughout the U.S. national teams, U.S. Men’s National Team assistant coach Mike Sorber spent a week with the U-17s during their trip to Mexico. The team spent 10 days in Querétaro training and played two matches against the Mexico U17s as they prepare for the upcoming FIFA U-17 World Cup this summer in Mexico. ussoccer.com spoke with Sorber about the value of these types of exchanges and his thoughts on the experience.
