USASA's Mexico S.C. Disqualified From 2002 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup Due To Use Of Ineligible Player

CHICAGO (Thursday, June 20, 2002) – U.S. Soccer announced today that U.S. Amateur Soccer Association Region IV representative Mexico S.C. of Fresno, Calif., has been disqualified from the 2002 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup after using an ineligible player in their First Round game against the host San Diego Gauchos of the D3 Pro League on June 11.
