CHICAGO (Wednesday, December 3, 2003) -- Voting for U.S. Soccer’s four prestigious Chevrolet Athlete of the Year awards – Male, Female, Young Male and Young Female – began today at ussoccer.com, where soccer fans around the world have the opportunity to vote once a day through December 31, 2003. U.S. Soccer’s Chevrolet Male and Female Athletes of the Year awards are the oldest and most prestigious awards of their kind, dating back to 1984 for the Men and 1985 for the Women.
