U.S. Women's Deaf National Team Advances to Semifinals of 2005 Deaflympics

A 3-0 win over Great Britain on Thursday (Jan. 13) solidified the Women’s Deaf National Team’s number one spot in the hexagonal phase of the 2005 Deaflympic Games in Melbourne, Australia. The women next face Denmark in the first tournament semifinal on Friday (Jan. 14) at Olympic Park Stadium while the Men’s Deaf National Team plays the Czech Republic in the ninth place match.
