Heinrichs Names 26-Player Roster for San Diego Training Camp

CHICAGO (Thursday, January 2, 2003) - U.S. Women’s National Team head coach April Heinrichs has named the 26 players who will train in San Diego, Calif., with the hopes of making two rosters; the first to face Japan on Jan. 12 at Torero Stadium (1 p.m. PT on ESPN) and the second to travel to China for the prestigious Four Nations Tournament featuring the top four teams in the world.
