Beasley, Convey Make Jump to European Teams

CHICAGO (July 22, 2004) - U.S. Men’s National Team teammates DaMarcus Beasley and Bobby Convey have both agreed to contracts with teams over in Europe and will be leaving MLS and begin training with their new clubs as they get ready for the upcoming season. Chicago Fire’s Beasley will be taking his talents to PSV Eindhoven of the Dutch First Division, while D.C. United’s Convey is headed to Reading Football Club of the English First Division.
