COLLEGE PARK, Md. (Tuesday, August 15, 2000) - The U.S. Women's National Team fell victim to a lackluster first half, and despite dominating on the field, did not dominate on the scoreboard, settling instead for a 1-1 tie with Russia in a closed-door full international match at the University of Mar
