U.S. Under-20 MNT Advance to 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship in Holland With 2-0 Victory Over Panama

CARSON, Calif. (January 14, 2005) — The U.S. Under-20 Men’s National Team solidified a spot in the 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship in Holland with a hard-fought 2-0 victory over Panama this evening in their second match of Group A of the U-20 Final Round CONCACAF Qualifying Tournament at The Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif. The 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship will take place in Holland from June 10-July 2.
