The Puerto Rico Islanders claimed the 2010 USSF D-2 Pro League Championship 3-1 on aggregate this evening after a 1-1 draw with the Carolina RailHawks at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, N.C., in the second leg of their two-game series.
