Rookie Roundtable: Four from U-20 MNT Talk About First Pro Season

For four Under-20 players the past five months have marked the beginning of their professional careers. Hunter Freeman (Colorado Rapids), Tim Ward (MetroStars), Chad Barrett (Chicago Fire) and Will John (Chicago Fire) were all drafted during the 2005 MLS SuperDraft in January, getting picked in the midst of qualifying for the FIFA World Youth Championship, and have been taking their first licks and creating their first memories in their soccer careers.
