CASL Chelsea FC Academy and Baltimore Bays Chelsea played to a thrilling 1-1 draw in the final group game at Development Academy Finals Week. An early Cooper Vandermaas-Peeler goal put CASL up 1-0, but the Bays answered in the 29th minute through Michael Gamble.
