Germany Opponent Preview – Ulsan

The USA and Germany will do battle for the seventh time in their history, with the U.S. having won twice (in back-to-back games in 1999). The teams have meet previously in the World Cup one time, with Germany handing the U.S. a 2-0 loss in the teams’ opener of the 1998 World Cup. The match is set for Ulsan Minsu Football Stadium on Friday (June 21) at 7:25 a.m. ET (live on ESPN and Univision). A preview of the German team follows.
