Revisions to USSF Bylaws Approved at 2002 AGM

CHICAGO (Friday, August 16, 2002) - The USSF National Council held its Annual General Meeting August 9, 2002. The National Council approved the following changes to its bylaws which shall take effect September 1, 2002.
