The FIFA Women's World Rankings were started in 2003 and since then, just two countries have been full-time residents of the top two spots. Those two women's soccer powers will square off twice in October with the first match on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. CT at Toyota Park in Bridgeview, Ill.
