North Korea Pulls Out Of 2008 Peace Queen Cup and is Replaced By New Zealand

North Korea has pulled out of the Peace Queen Cup and will be replaced by New Zealand. The North Koreans also pulled out the tournament prior to the start of the inaugural Peace Queen Cup in 2006.
