U.S. Women Tie Italy 2-2

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (October 22, 2003) - Playing their first match since placing third at the 2003 FIFA Women's World Cup on Oct. 11, the U.S. Women's National Team drew with an inspired Italy team, 2-2, in front of 18,263 fans at Arrowhead Stadium.
