Edgar Castillo Ruled Out with Foot Injury; Fabian Johnson to Miss Match Against Antigua & Barbuda Due to Illness

U.S. defender Edgar Castillo has been ruled out of both upcoming FIFA World Cup Qualifying matches with a foot injury following an MRI evaluation Wednesday afternoon, and Fabian Johnson will not participate in the Oct. 12 match against Antigua & Barbuda while he recovers from the flu.
