CASL Chelsea FC Academy U-15/16 and Baltimore Bays Chelsea U-15/16 played out to a 0-0 draw in their second group match of the 2010 Development Academy Finals Week at The Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif. Neither team was able to muster a sustained attack to produce a goal in a back and forth affair.
