Six Teams Advance in 2003 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup

Last season, Lamar Hunt's Columbus Crew took home the Dewar Trophy for winning the tournament named after the soccer pioneer, the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup. Six teams are now one step closer to the champsionship game, but teams from the A-League and MLS stand in their way in the third and fourth rounds. Three amateur teams - the Milwaukee Bavarians, Mid-Michigan Bucks and Fresno Fuego - were victorious over professional squads in the second round.
