U-17 MNT Tops Poland 5-0, Finishes Second in Busan

BUSAN, South Korea (Wed., June 4, 2003) – Freddy Adu and Jamie Watson each notched two goals in the second half as the U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team overpowered Poland 5-0 in their final match of the Busan International Youth Tournament on Wednesday evening at Busan Asiad Main Stadium. With the win the U.S. finished in second place, behind tournament champions Argentina. The U.S. finished the tournament with a record of 1-1-1, good enough for four points.
