U.S. Under-17 Men's National Team Gets Ready for Dallas Cup Final

DALLAS, Texas (April 19, 2003) - The U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team will try to become the first American team to win the U-19 Super Group when it takes on Tigres (of Mexico) in the final of the Dallas Cup on Sunday, April 20, at 7 p.m. at Lake Highlands Stadium. Since the conception of the U-19 Super Group in 1990 (Dallas Cup XI) no team from the U.S. has been able to win the group. Only teams from England (two times), Mexico, Brazil (five), Argentina, Spain, Russia and Bolivia have taken home the championship trophy
