WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (Tuesday, July 18, 2000) - Texaco Havoline(r) motor oils and Texaco Inc. have been named an ``Official Sponsor'' of the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) and the U.S. Soccer National Teams. USSF is the National Governing Body (NGB) for amateur soccer in the United States.
