How is the Winter Showcase formatted? 

Academy teams play three games in four days. The rest day is implemented to maintain higher quality games throughout the event. Matchups are selected randomly against non-conference opponents. Results count toward the overall record of the Academy team and may impact a team’s qualification for Playoffs.

Are DVDs of Winter Showcase games available for purchase?

DVDs for any of the Winter Showcase games are available for purchase by returning the Winter Showcase DVD Order Form. You will need to provide the appropriate game numbers on the order form. Game numbers can be found at: http://ussda.demosphere.com/Schedules/index_E.html

Where do college coaches and scouts check in? 

There is a College Coach Registration Desk inside the Athletes’ Lounge, located directly West of field 1 in the parking lot.

What will be provided for Coaches and Scouts at the Showcase? 

College Coaches and Scouts will be provided with the 2009 Winter Showcase roster book; which includes team rosters and contact information.

Where should Coaches and Scouts stay while attending the event? 

College Coaches and Scouts can contact Anthony Travel for preferred hotel rates and airfare. Listings for each can be found at: http://www.anthonytravel.com/event_detail.cfm?EventID=464 

Can College Coaches and Scouts participate in Coaching Education Opportunities?

What supplies are provided on the field for the Showcase games? 

U.S. Soccer will provide match reports, sub cards and game balls. Gatorade and water will be provided on the sidelines for each game. 

What is the technical framework for Showcase games?
