April Heinrichs Named Technical Director and Jill Ellis Development Director for U.S. Women's National Teams

U.S. Soccer has appointed April Heinrichs as the Technical Director and Jill Ellis as the Development Director for the U.S. Women's National Teams. The hirings mark the first time U.S. Soccer has appointed full-time positions to oversee the women's youth national team program and the programs’ overall development.
