| Caleb Porter Caleb Porter will begin his tenure as a member of U.S. Soccer coaching staff after being named the U.S. Under-23 Men’s National Team head coach in October of 2011. Porter is the head coach of the University of Akron’s men’s soccer team, where in 2010 he led the Zips to the school’s first national championship in any sport. With a 105-17-14 (.824) record over six seasons, he has more wins than any current NCAA coach and helped Akron to top-five finishes for goals scored and goals-against-average in both the 2009 and 2010 seasons, the only program in the nation to do so.
