U-17 Residency Program Comes Away With Two Draws Last Week

The U.S. Under-17 '89 and '90 Men's National Teams both came away with draws this past week.

The U-17 '90 got a late goal from Sheanon Williams to pull out a 1-1 draw on Wednesday (Feb. 22) against the much older Under-21 Trinidad & Tobago Men's National Team in Bradenton, Fla.

The U.S. players were five years younger than the Trinidad players that were born in 1985. The U-17 '89s got goals from Edgar Barajas and Joey Sorrentino as they drew 2-2 with the University of South Florida on Saturday (Feb. 25) in Tampa.
