U-17 '90 MNT To Face Argentina in Buenos Aires Tournament  

The U.S. Under-17 ’90 Men’s National Team will face the Argentina U-17 Men’s National Team in the six-team Copa Esperanzas Corea 2007 tournament next week in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The U.S. will travel to Buenos Aires this Thursday, March 23, and will practice for three days before kicking off Group A of the tournament on March 27 against Selective A, a regional select team from Argentina. Two days later, the U-17 ‘90s will play Argentina in their second international match of the year. The U.S. will play a placement match against a team from Group B, which includes the Australian U-17 Men's National Team, C.A. All Boys and Rafaela Selective.

The last two teams in each group will play for fifth place on March 31, while the third place and final will be played on April 1. U.S. U-17 head coach John Hackworth will bring a 20-player roster to Argentina. The day before the U-17 ‘90s leave for Argentina, they will face the University of Cincinnati on Wednesday, March 22 at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.
