GUADALAJARA, Mexico (Feb. 5, 2007) - The U.S. Under-18 National Team defeated Mexican club Necaxa, 2-0, on Monday morning in the 2007 Copa Chivas tournament with goals on either side of halftime.
The U.S. U-18s came out strong, with Danny Barrera connecting with Matt Kassel for the USA's first goal in the 5th minute. Bobby Warshaw scored the second goal for the USA in the 36th minute of the 70-minute match.
The U.S. will take on Saprissa on Monday evening.
