Baharmast & Mauro to Serve as FIFA Instructors at U-17 World Championship  

CHICAGO (Monday, June 23, 2003) - Long-time U.S. Soccer Director of Advanced & International Referee Development Esse Baharmast and former FIFA referee Vincent Mauro have been honored by FIFA with a selection as a FIFA Instructors at the upcoming FIFA Under-17 World Championship in Finland this August.

The two former U.S. Soccer refereeing standouts will assist FIFA in collecting and analyzing referee data from the tournament games. That information will be presented on a daily basis to the working game officials throughout the event.
