CHICAGO (January 7, 2008) - Under the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) umbrella, each National Governing Body (NGB) must present a document describing their Olympic Team selection procedures for their sport. Posted below are documents outlining the selection procedures for both the Men and Women for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, pending final approval by the USOC Board of Directors. The purpose of posting these procedures is to allow constituency groups (e.g. athletes, coaches, etc.) the ability to access the procedures.
