CHICAGO (Jan. 14, 2008) -- The venue for 2008 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualification has changed to the Estadio Olimpico Benito Juarez in Ciudad Juarez. Orginally scheduled to take place in the city of Chihuahua, the tournament location changed as a result of stadium issues.

The six-team tournament is scheduled for April 2-13, and will qualify two teams to the 2008 Women's Olympic Football Tournament in Beijing. The U.S. Women's National Team is the defending tournament champion and Olympic gold medalist.

The draw for the groups and fixtures to the 2008 CONCACAF Women’s Olympic Qualification will be announced at a later date.
