U-17 MNT Heads to South Korea for Eight Nations Tournament  

GWANGWANG, South Korea (June 16, 2007) -- The U.S. Under-17 Men's National Team will travel to South Korea for the Eight Nations Tournament, that will be hosted by the same cities that will host the 2007 FIFA Under-17 World Cup in August.

Head coach John Hackworth has named 20 players to participate in the tournament, which features eight of the world's best teams at this age level. On June 17 the team will face Japan in Gwangyang before moving to Changwon, site of the team's first two home games, to take on Nigeria on June 19. On June 21 the team will head to Ulsan, where will they will battle New Zealand. The team's placement game on June 23 in Cheonan, the same place the team will play the final game of the group stages against Belgium.
