U.S. National Teams: Joined U.S. Soccer’s Residency Program in September of 2003 …. U.S. Under-17s: Was not part of the qualifying team, but has continued to improve over the past five months to win a spot on the World Championship roster … A hard-working and intelligent midfielder that will push for a starting job in Peru … 2005: Has played in 16 games, including five international matches … Registered one goal and two assists … Scored his first international goal against Honduras on June 22 … 2004: Had 14 appearances (two international) during the year, starting just six of the matches … Scored one goal and two assists on the year … Came on as a resereve in both of the international matches he played in … 2003: Played in 17 matches during the final four months of the year after joining the program in September, starting 13 … Scored three goals and registered a team-high eight assists… Played in two international matches against Brazil and Argentina, starting one.

High School / Club: Played just one year at Castle Park High School in San Diego, Calif., before coming into the U.S. Soccer Residency Program … Was named First Team All-District for his performance as a freshman ...
