  Registration

  1. REGISTRATION OVERVIEW
The registration process for Academy Players, Coaches and Team Managers is outlined below. Please note that Initial Player, coach and team manager registrations are due three weeks before an Academy team’s first game. Please keep in mind that if you need cards for the open windows that are allowed within the Academy, this process will need to be completed.

  2. ONLINE REGISTRATION
    1. New Users: Create a Team Profile
Any teams registering for the first time will need to click on the following link:
      http://www.eyouthsportsusa.com/cgi-win/ebap.exe?nT101621
      - Enter Team Information
      - Create user name
      - Create password

    2. Returning Users: Team Profile Log-in
Once you created a team profile, please click on the following link and enter your name and password: http://www.eyouthsportsusa.com/cgi-win/ebap.exe?pW101621

    3. Registering Players
On this site, you can set up your rosters, player profiles, etc.
-The team & contact info will show what has been entered as your information through the first site.
-The second option, players, will give you access to your roster. By clicking on the check mark, you can see what you have entered for the player and change the option (dev. Player to academy player). Also, a player’s date of birth must be entered to register him. That is now a necessary field to complete before signing up a player.

    4. Registering Coaches
The third option, team officials, will let you register your coaches. Please register the coaches that you will be using throughout the season. Designate one as head and the other/s as assistant/s. Coaches will need ID cards as well, so be sure they are accounted for. Pictures will need to be uploaded for the coaches’ ID cards.

    5. Registering Managers
Please also register managers that will need access to the team and corresponding Academy events. Pictures will need to be uploaded for the manager’s ID cards.

    6. Creating Player Profiles
The fourth and final link will give you the ability to set up the player profiles, and give each player a name and password which enables you to set up his profile that he can manipulate once you give him the name and password that you have set up for him using the third site: http://www.eyouthsportsusa.com/cgi-win/college.exe?pP101621.

    7. Loading Player, Coach and Manager Photos
Also, in the fourth option is where player pictures are uploaded. These are the ones that will be used for ID cards. Click on the purple asterisk found in the middle of the line. That will take you to the full menu where you can upload the picture (right hand side of menu). The file needs to be 50KB or lower for the photo to upload and then to transfer to the ID card. When you are saving your pictures with specific player names, save it as 80% photo quality or compress the file to 50 kb or less and use the jpeg format. Then be sure that every picture is saved as a unique name that will help identify which player is it (preferably using last name with a first initial if the same last name is used twice). This will help transition from e7 registration to the ID card template and will prevent confusion.

    8. Player Profile Access (for Players)
The link for player access is:
      http://www.eyouthsportsusa.com/cgi-win/college.exe?pP101621
The profile will need to be activated once it is set up so that we can access the photos that you have posted for each player, coach and manager. Do this in the player profile option, click on the purple asterisk and choose the password and setup option. The third drop down menu will provide a yes or no active option. Choose yes, and then choose a question and enter the answer. For this optionk, the administrator can choose an easy question and answer. Again, using the name and password that the team administrator has set up, you can give those to the players and they can develop their own site. Players will have access to change their log in information from there and set up the site to display his preferences. Players are not to change their photos throughout the year.

    9. Player Profile Access (for Coaches and other)
The link for public access is:
      http://www.eyouthsportsusa.com/cgi-win/college.exe?pW101621
The visitor will need to register by clicking the first time user link and sign up through his or her school. The administrator will receive an approval form and have to fill it out for the visitor to gain proper access. A user name and password will be emailed to the visitor once approved and he or she will have the appropriate access to the players who have developed their profiles.

  3. REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS
Once a player’s info and photo are loaded onto the on-line system, please mail the following documents:
    - Development Academy Waiver Indemnification (1 per player)
    - Proof of Age Documents (Copy of Birth Certificate, Copy of Driver’s License, Copy of Passport)
