ELIGIBILITY

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. To enter U.S. Soccer Mobile Information Alerts and for a chance to win prizes ("mobile alerts") you must (a) be a lawful permanent resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) be 18 years of age or older. Employees of U.S. Soccer Federation, members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective siblings) and same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win the prize.

HOW TO ENTER

By Mobile Device Text Messaging: If you have Alltel, AT&T, Boost, Cellular One, Nextel, Sprint, Sun Com, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular or Verizon mobile wireless service and are 18 years of age or older, send the text message ‘SOCCER’ by mobile device to 762237 to receive mobile alerts and you will receive one (1) entry toward prize drawings. Online Entry: Follow the instructions at the U.S. Soccer website at www.ussoccer.com to enter your mobile number to receive mobile alerts and you will receive one (1) entry toward the prize drawings. If you enter by Mobile Phone Text Messaging or Online Entry, you must opt-in to the confirmation message via your mobile phone to receive mobile alerts. Each time you enter , you will be charged $0.99 to your mobile telephone account. You will automatically receive one or more text messages until you opt-out by sending a text message “STOP” to 762237. Regular phone and/or text messaging charges may also apply. Mail-In/Facsimile Entry: Send a postcard with your name and address, phone number and email address (if available) to U.S. Soccer Federation, Attn: Mobile Alerts, 1801 S. Prairie Ave., Chicago IL 60616 to receive one (1) entry toward the prize drawings. Mail-in entries must be sent separately by mail. If you are concerned about your mail-in entry being received by the entry deadline, then during the three business days immediately preceding the drawing date below you may fax in a photocopy of mail-in entry card. Limit one card per facsimile. The facsimile must contain a photocopy of the card with the full information listed above and must be received by the entry deadline. Send all facsimiles to 312-808-9295. Mail-in/Facsimile entrants will not receive mobile alerts. You may enter only once per day per person regardless of entry method. No other method of entry will be accepted. No purchase necessary to win prizes. Entries by people under age 18 will be disregarded and destroyed. All other entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Alerts are void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, outside of the U.S., and where prohibited by law. Alerts and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto are intended for viewing only in the United States and the District of Columbia. Users who enter into Alerts automatically agree to all terms and conditions.

PRIZES

The entry deadline for all entries for the Prize is 11:59 PM EST on May 29, 2008, in order to be eligible for the Prize. The Prize drawing will occur on or about the following day, May 30, 2008. Non-winning entries will be discarded.

The Prize is an Ultimate Fan Experience for the U.S. Men’s National Team match v. Argentina on June 8, 2008. The Ultimate Fan Experience includes: roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) from a nearby major commercial airport close to winner’s primary residence in the United States to the game; one (1) night double occupancy accommodations as determined by the Sponsor; transportation for two (2) to the game; two (2) premium tickets to the game as determined by the Sponsor; two (2) U.S. Soccer hospitality passes; one (1) U.S. Soccer customized jersey; two (2) field passes to watch warm-ups at field level; a behind-the-scenes tour of the stadium for two (2) including the USA locker room; and two (2) passes to attend the post-game press conference. Winner and guest must travel on the dates specified by the sponsor or forfeit all rights to the trip.

Approximate retail value of all prizes is less than $5,000. All taxes and all other expenses not expressly specified herein as part of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be transferred or substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize or parts of the Prize for prizes of equal or greater value. Details of prizes not specified herein to be determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion.

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by e-mail, text-messaging, telephone and/or postal mail within 24 hours from the DRAWING date. Prizes will be awarded by June 8, 2008 if the Winner accepts the prize. The winner may be required to complete and execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 24 hours of prize notification. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours after notification attempt, or if a winner fails to comply with any requirement of these Official Rules, including failure to complete and execute a requested affidavit within 24 hours of prize notification, then that winner's prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries received. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, hometown and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. All winners of prizes valued at $600.00 US or more will be issued a 1099MISC tax form for the retail value of their prize for the tax year the prize was awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By entering, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions which are final on all matters.

RELEASE

By entering the Alerts, each entrant fully and unconditionally releases and holds harmless Sponsor, and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and its service providers, advertising, promotional and judging agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Alerts or receipt, redemption, use or misuse of any prize won, except to the extent that this release may be limited by applicable law.

GENERAL

Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Sponsor, any telephone network, service providers are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Alerts or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Alerts, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Alerts and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Alerts is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.ussoccer.com. If, for any reason, the Alerts is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Alerts, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Alerts. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Alerts or website or violates the Official Rules of the Alerts. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE ALERTS OR THIS WEBSITE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

USE OF ENTRIES

The personal information you submit when you enter the Alerts may be used by Sponsor to send you information by text messaging. You agree to receive information from the Sponsor by text messaging and/or by email.
