| GUADALAJARA, Mexico (Tues., Feb. 10, 2004) - The U.S. will not qualify for the Olympics for the first time since 1976 as Mexico dominated for a majority of the 90 minutes and came away with a 4-0 win in the hostile Estadio Jalisco. Before the U.S could get off one of their two first-half shots, Mexico already held a 2-0 advantage with back-to-back goals in the 27th and 28th minutes. |
