Loan of a Professional Player

A professional player may be loaned by the team to which he is under contract for a period of time not exceeding the length of his contract with that team.

If a player is being loaned from a domestic professional club to a domestic amateur club (NOT Professional Development League (PDL), then the completed loan form (which has a club representative and the league registrars signatures) should be given to the amateur club who must file it with their Amateur State Association. The Amateur State Association will forward the completed loan form and applicable fee ($20) on to the Federation.

A player loan may be canceled at any time by the loaning club by forwarding a properly completed notice of loan cancellation to the Registrar of this Federation.

A player loan/loan cancellation is not effective until it is acknowledge by the Secretary General of this Federation.
