Transfer/Release of a Professional Player

A professional player registered on a professional form may be transferred to another club or may be released by his/her club.

A properly completed transfer or release form which has been signed by a club representative and the league commissioner or state registrar along with the applicable fee ($10) shall be forwarded to the Registrar of this Federation within five (5) days after being signed by the club and league.

A transfer or release is not effective until it is acknowledged by the Secretary General of the Federation.
