U.S. Soccer's Integrity Hotline
U.S. Soccer is committed to the highest ethical and professional standards of conduct as an integral part of its mission. To achieve this goal, we rely on the ethical behavior, honesty, and integrity of those who represent U.S. Soccer and those with whom we do business.
U.S. Soccer strongly encourages all employees and other concerned parties to use this Integrity Hotline to report potential ethics or integrity violations, or suspected or wrongful acts of conduct by U.S. Soccer representatives. No individual who makes such a good faith report shall be subject to retaliation, including harassment or any adverse employment consequence, as a result of making a report.
Reports submitted via this Integrity Hotline will be handled as promptly and discreetly as possible, with facts made available only to those who need to investigate and resolve the matter. U.S. Soccer is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of individuals who submit reports. Due to the nature of certain claims, U.S. Soccer may be limited with respect to the actions it may be able to take in response to a report if the individual submitting the report does not wish to make his or her identity known.
All reports submitted through this Integrity Hotline will be carefully reviewed by appropriate U.S. Soccer personnel. On an annual basis, a report will be compiled regarding misconduct or violations of U.S. Soccer policy, and this report presented to U.S. Soccer’s Board of Directors.
To make a report, either fill and submit the form below, or call (312) 528-7004 to leave a voicemail. Please provide as much detail in your report as possible, including contact information should you wish to be contacted concerning your report.
