The U.S. U-20 MNT faced Mexico in the final of hte 2013 CONCACAF U-20 Championship in Puebla, Mexico. Benji Joya converted a first half penalty for the U.S. in the first half and the U.S. forced extra time before eventually succombing to the hosts.
