Seattle Sounders FC defeated the Columbus Crew 2-1 in the 2010 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup Final at Qwest Field in Seattle, Wash. The Sounders became the first MLS side to repeat as champions of the 97-year-old tournament.
