The U.S. U-20 Women's National Team claimed first place in CONCACAF with a 1-0 victory against Mexico in the final with a dramatic 87th minute goal from Sydney Leroux. The team will travel to Germany for the 2010 U-20 Women's World Cup later this year as the continental champions.
